Dear All,

We are pleased to announce that Uncle Eric’s has again expanded our range of first class services. We now offer a start to our forthcoming pet treat collection.

First hot off the R&D department (aka our kitchen), comes Uncle Eric’s  Liver Slivers.

The Product

·         100% slowly dehydrated strips of Beef Liver.

·         Nothing artificial. Nothing at all added. No colours, no flavours, no preservatives.

·         Each batch is prepared to order. So allow a few days notice if you ever require any.

·         Moisture is slowly removed over a 24hr period, concentrating the liver flavours into a treat sized portions. The only natural preservatives used, is the process of dehydration and storing in the fridge or freezer at home.

The Price

·         £2.00 per 100g bag

More 100% natural snacks will arrive throughout the year, as and when tested.

Nearly 13 months of quiet from me.
Hopefully I can write more.

Lots planned, lots and lots

Been a while crocodile.

My plan last week was to blog more but a poorly mother in hospital put paid to that. 
Well. Where shall I start?
Errr tomorrow maybe as I've alot to say.

Xmas day 2011

Weird one this. I loved the entire day but waking at 5.50 was a real pain in the bum. Youngest is 12 so her fault.
Food prep was done by 8pm Xmas eve. So cooking started with turkey crown in oven at 8.30am.
Pressies. Picking up other kids and more pressies done by 11.
By the time in laws and my mother arrived cooking was in full swing.
Dinner was lovely. 9 of us around the table. Only missing person was my dad who passed away back in Feb.
You forget how much you miss someone until family events happen and they are missing. His ususal demands of Brown Ale and whiskey were easy met while he sat in the chair in the corner waiting patiently for dinner. Always wearing the small paper cracker hat that never fit his head.

Pain

After 3-4 weeks of ankle pain. Now my back has decided to give me grief. But as the phrase goes, 'every cloud has a silver lining', mine was spending Sunday sat on my arse. YEAH BABY.

Next Ghost Hunt

Saturday coming DPI are off to a house in Leadgate. Suffered a suicide and the reports are that it does not like men. I could be a ghost target. Bring it on. I'm still waiting to experience a paranormal experience.

Twilight film

Utter shite. Boring as hell.

Snow Tyres

Bring on the snow and ice. My brum brum is getting her tyres changed. Ah bless.

Injury

Not blogged for a long time.

I have had a very difficult last few days due to a twisted ankle. Fancy slipping coming out a mates house and screaming like a big baby.

The few/many vodkas helped to numb the pain, not to mention the ice bath that followed to keep the swelling down.

But a dog walkers job has to be done, or the dog will shite all over the house and thats not good.

Weekend Work

I really wish I never agree to work weekends. Hate morning and late afternoon broke up days. Cant arrange to do anything with the day. Can be waste of a weekend if it wasnt for night time drnking.
